Welcome to Branding Iron Bar-B-Q & Steak House! We proudly serve only upper choice, certified Black Angus steaks from the Omaha Steak Company. Whether you prefer a rib eye, New York strip, or aged sirloin, your steak will be hand cut and grilled to perfection. Our barbecue ribs are so tender they fall off the bone, and we offer both Kansas City and St. Louis style smoked ribs in both a full rack or 1/2 rack for the smaller appetite. Also on the menu is catfish and shrimp, chicken dishes and pastas, along with salads, sandwiches and “never frozen” ground sirloin burgers. Something for everyone. Start your meal off with one of our “Kickers” – jumbo chicken wings, our famous “Tumbleweed” (deep fried onion petals) and more, and set the tone for a fabulous, flavorful dining experience.
